Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.

- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the Item: We will provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of MYR10 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and restocking costs.
Exchanges

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
