Sizing & Fit
What sizing chart do you use?
We use standard Asian sizing for all of our apparel. Check our sizing chart on product page for measurements.
How accurate are your sizing charts?
We recommend referring to the size chart for the best fit accuracy. Sizes may vary slightly by style. If between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Will your clothes shrink when washed?
Our shirts are preshrunk to minimize shrinkage. Some minimal shrinkage (1-3%) may occur with the first wash. Hoodies and sweaters may shrink slightly more, around 3-5%.
Materials & Production
What fabrics do you use?
We use high quality fabrics including 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blends, wool, fleece, and other natural and synthetic textile materials. Fabric contents are listed on each product page.
Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our products are ethically manufactured in factories based in Bangladesh. A small selection of items are sourced from local.
Are your textiles ethically sourced?
Yes, our cotton and other materials come from ethical and sustainable sources.
Why are your products more expensive than other brands?
We purposefully price our products at a premium to reflect the exceptional quality, exclusive designs that can’t be found elsewhere, and ethical production methods we use. Our focus is on outstanding craftsmanship and creativity over mass production.
Are your designs really unique?
Absolutely. Each design is originally illustrated by our talented in-house graphic artists and can only be found in our collections. We pour our hearts into creating truly special pieces.
What makes the quality better than cheaper alternatives?
From the fabric weave, to the construction, stitching, and hand-printed designs – every detail is carefully crafted for maximum durability and comfort. We use high materials proven to last.
Why don’t you offer lower cost options?
Keeping prices low would mean sacrificing the quality, creativity, and ethical standards we are committed to. We aim to provide an unmatched product despite the higher prices.
Is the higher price tag worth it?
For those who value wearing original art and some of the finest apparel available, our products are well worth the investment. They are made to be treasured for years.
Aren’t there even more expensive brands than you?
It’s true, while we are priced higher than fast fashion, there are some luxury and designer labels with even higher price points than ours. We position ourselves in the middle – elevated quality and exclusivity over mass market brands, but without reaching the RM500+ price tags of high-end fashion.
Why aren’t your prices on par with luxury brands?
We aim to offer an accessible luxury experience. While our products are made to exude premium quality, we price them reasonably compared to brands selling RM500+ t-shirts. Our goal is to reach customers seeking exceptional craftsmanship at aspirational but not prohibitive prices.
Do your products compare to designer quality?
We take immense pride in providing near luxury-level product excellence and unique original designs at more attainable prices. While not yet at the pinnacle of fashion, we produce apparel comparable to brands charging twice as much.

Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

Where can I find your current promo codes?

How do I get a free gift with my order?

What is the minimum order value for free gifts?

What are your shipping times?
All items are made to order and will be processed the next working day. Items will be shipped out in 7 days or less. Shipping times are estimated to be 3-7 days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Enjoy free shipping for orders above RM200 and have your items delivered to your doorstep without any additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return unworn items in original condition within 30 days for a full refund. We also accept returns and exchanges for damaged/defective products.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange within 30 days of the order date as long as it is in original packaging, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and debit cards including Visa & Mastercard. We also provide online banking as payment method.
When will my card be charged?
Your payment method will be authorized and captured when you place your order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use encryption and PCI compliance to protect all customer payment data. Transactions are processed through secure checkout powered by Stripe.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Not at this time.
Do you store payment information for future purchases?
Yes, we do offer for you to save your information so you will need not to enter payment details each time you place an order. It’s optional.
Do you offer financing options like Atome, Hoolah, Afterpay, Klarna etc?
No, at the time being we do not offer buy now pay later. Perhaps in a few months time.
Account & Order Issues
How do I create an account on your website?
To create an account, click “Register” at the bottom of the website. Enter your preferred username and email address. You can also optionally register using your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
What are the benefits of having an account?
Creating an account allows you to save payment information for faster checkout, view order history, store Wish Lists, access exclusive member discounts, and more.
Is there a way to shop as a guest without an account?
Yes, you have the option to check out as a guest. However, we highly recommend registering an account to take full advantage of our customer features.
How do I find my Order History?
To see your full order history, login to your account and go to the My Account section. Here you can view placed orders, track shipments, and access invoices.
Why can’t I find one of my orders?
If an order is missing from your account history, contact our customer service team for assistance. We can look up any order by the email address used at checkout.
How long do you keep order records?
We securely keep all order records on file indefinitely so you can access your purchase history at any time. Order details will not be deleted from your account.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can easily reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page. We’ll email you a reset link.
How do I change or update my email/shipping address?
Log into your account and navigate to the My Account page. Here you can edit your email, shipping address, and any other account details.
I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, go to your account and you can have the confirmation email resent. If you still don’t receive it, contact us.
How do I cancel or change an order that hasn’t shipped?
If your order has not entered fulfillment, you can cancel or request modifications by emailing our support team. We’ll make every effort to accommodate changes.
I received the wrong item. What is the return/exchange process?
Email us immediately if you received the incorrect product.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
How do I cancel or modify an order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel or request changes by contacting customer service. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications.
How should I wash your t-shirts?
We recommend washing t-shirts in cold water and tumble drying on low. Turn them inside out before washing to preserve graphics. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener.
Can I put them in the dryer?
For drying, you have two options. It is acceptable to tumble-dry the garment on a low cycle. However, to ensure the longevity of the print, it is advisable to air dry it instead.
Will graphics crack or fade with washing?
The prints are high quality and designed to withstand normal washing. Avoid using harsh detergents and do not bleach items to help preserve graphics.
Can I iron your clothes?
We do not recommend ironing t-shirts, hoodies or sweatshirts. If ironing is necessary, do so with a cool iron while the garment is inside out. Take caution not to iron directly on the print to avoid any damage.
Where can I buy your apparel line?
Our apparel line is exclusively available for purchase on our official website, hambanya.com.
I saw your products listed on another website – are they authentic?
Any offers of our apparel line on external platforms or third-party websites are unauthorized and not endorsed by us. We strongly advise customers to only purchase directly from hambanya.com.
Why should I avoid buying your clothes from third-party sites?
Purchasing from unauthorized sellers means there are no guarantees in terms of authenticity and product quality. To ensure you are getting genuine, high-quality items, only buy directly from our website.
Can other retailers legally sell your branded apparel?
No, we do not authorize or allow any third-party retailers, websites, or platforms to sell our branded clothing. Only hambanya.com sells the official real product. Beware of counterfeits.
What should I do if I see your clothes being sold somewhere else?
Please notify us if you find our apparel being sold on any other site besides hambanya.com. We work diligently to prevent unauthorized sales and counterfeiting of our branded items.
Do you have any physical store locations?
No. At this time we do not have any brick-and-mortar retail locations. Our products are only available for purchase through our website.
Why should I trust buying from your online store?
Even without a physical storefront, you can shop with full confidence. Our website is secure, we offer free returns, and provide excellent customer service online and by phone.
Will you be opening any stores in the future?
As we continue to grow, physical retail stores are part of our long-term plans. For now, our focus remains on delivering exceptional online shopping while building the brand.
Will the actual t-shirt print match the website picture exactly?
Please note that the actual print on the t-shirt may slightly differ from the image displayed here.
Could the colors look different in person compared to on my screen?
The colors and appearance of the design on your screen may vary slightly from the actual printed t-shirt due to variations in screen settings, calibration, and lighting conditions.
Does the design size change based on the t-shirt size I choose?
The design size on our t-shirts remains constant regardless of the chosen t-shirt size. As a result, the design may appear relatively smaller on larger-sized t-shirts and relatively bigger on smaller-sized t-shirts.
